ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
When you visit The Association’s website, use the members portal or send e-mails to The Association, you are communicating with The Association electronically. You consent to receive communications from The Association electronically. The Association will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on the website or the portal. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
YOUR ACCOUNT
If you use this portal, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. If you are under 18, you may use the website only with involvement of a parent or guardian. The Association reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in its sole discretion.

The Association does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by The Association is not as described, it is your responsibility to return it in unused condition.
SITE POLICIES, MODIFICATION, AND SEVERABILITY
Please review The Association’s Members Code of Conduct and Privacy Statement. These policies govern your communication with The Association. We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these Conditions of Use at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders submitted via the portal will be processed according to The Association’s ordering policies and within the entitlements described within the Stoma Appliance Scheme Operational Guidelines and the Stoma Appliance Scheme schedule. By submitting an order through the portal you agree to The Association verifying your Medicare information with Services Australia. Where an order requests more than the maximum scheme funded allowance of any one product or group of products, the order will be adjusted to the maximum scheme funded allowance. Where an order requests dispatch during a particular month and the maximum scheme funded allowance has already been issued for that month, dispatch will be carried over to the next available entitlement period for Scheme funded products.
